  Greeting at the entrance was kind of cold young girl looked possibly over worked or just tired. Once sat down Ellie was our server. Everything was great, portions are very large definitely get your money's worth. Been before and definitely return. Great atmosphere sat in the middle by the water fountain. Love this place ❤️

  Food was good but the service was very bad. The waitress was rude and when asked a question about the menu it seemed we were bugging her.

  My first time here while visiting from out of town and the food made me sick. There is nothing authentic about the food, everything was flavorless. Refried beans were out of a can I'm sure and the rice was very bland. Tacos came with fried burnt cheese on top and when I asked for regular tacos with meat and onions (like traditional street tacos) I got tacos that were filled with pork that was like a stew so it soaked the bottom of the tortilla and the top of the tortilla was hard as a rock. I grew up in a Mexican immigrant household and have never eaten or seen anything like this before. Apparently by the look and taste of the food, they are catering to the Caucasian market. I have never seen anything like this at any authentic restaurant that I've ever been to. It's a huge space and probably good if you want to hang out for happy hour drinks but as far as the food, you're better off earing at Taco Bell.

  Do not recommend this place at all. The food was terrible. The rice was dry and stale, the vegetables were not fresh either. It genuinely felt like the plate had been sitting in the fridge for a week, then reheated and served. The Coca-Cola was heavily watered down and had a strong chlorine taste. The restaurant was filthy: the menu was covered in dried sauce and food remnants, the plates arrived with stuck-on bits of old food. The waitress tried her best to provide good service and was genuinely friendly, but with such poor food quality and dirt everywhere in the establishment, any waiter is doomed to fail. We couldn’t eat any of it — it felt genuinely unsafe for health. We paid and left without touching the dishes. Not a single staff member asked what was wrong. Complete indifference to customers. A shameless establishment that has zero respect for its guests. Strongly advise everyone to stay away

  We have enjoyed our visits to Paradiso for over 30 years… our wait time has been minimal- even at busy times on weekends! The menu selection offers a wide variety of delicious entrees, from tasty tostada salads to burritos and chimichangas and fajitas… chips are free with sauce while you mull over the selections in the several, well appointed dining areas… The atmosphere is cheerful with windows and walls reflected with traditional Mexican accents…The wait staff is helpful and efficient, bringing the orders to patrons in short order…Paradiso offers a bar which is adjacent to the lobby where you may eat as well… a patio outside offers dining pleasure during temperate seasons… my wife and friends have many experiences at Paradiso… all very good ones..! Mucho Bueno..! 👍
