- PHPhil Hathaway6 days ago1.0Most reviews are about how bad the dasher are when in all actuality this stores employees suck! Being a dasher i had 2 orders to pick up from this store and each order took over an hour for each one. Not only that but the employees did not even greet anyone coming in to the store. There lack of professionalism makes the dasher look bad and the customers mad. Their lack of attention had orders for one customer going to a different customer. Of all the papa John's that ive had to pick up from the different locations this is by far the worst.

After an hour had passed I got a text from my DoorDasher saying the employees can't find my order. Called PapaJohns. Manager told me they accidentally gave my order to the wrong dasher. Told me it would take about 20 minutes to get a new pizza made and delivered. And that he would comp a cookie order as an apology. Took another 50 minutes for the order to arrive without the supposedly complimentary cookie. Not the first time something like this has happened with one of my orders from this location either. Will not order from the 32nd Ave PapaJohns again.
- DBDeb BeckMay 30, 20261.0Would have given zero stars but not an option! We placed an order at 5:30 for a 6:45 and when we arrived they didn't even have our order! The lobby was an absolute mess! No customer service and no one even acknowledged us! The lobby was full of door dash drivers that they were paying more attention too, other customers were also waiting. I had to push the issue as to where our order was for anyone to even pay attention to me!! And the whole time an employee was folding boxes when they already had an entire wall of pre made boxes ready to go! Definitely would not recommend this location!!! Dinner instead 😋
