  Placed my order at 6:57pm. App said order was ready at 7:18pm. Walked in at 7:19pm and stood there until 7:46pm waiting for my pizza. Estimated pizza time was 7:16pm-7:26. My pizza was ready 20 minutes after the estimated time and I had to stand inside with 15 doordashers for 27 minutes. Last time I ordered from here 3 months prior was the same situation and we waited so long that people started just canceling orders for refunds.

  So they mess your order up then they become impossible to contact after. Not worth wasting your money here they never get it right. Then when you finally get through the manager is rude. 0/10 do not recommend.

  Buyer beware!!! I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for any business, but it is imperative you read this. I wish I could rate them zero stars. A month ago I called and spoke to the manager (Victor) to pre-order pizza and breadsticks for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. We had 60 people to feed. He was very helpful. He advised me to call one week in advance of the rehearsal to put the order in so they would have time to order the ingredients. I did so on July 2nd for our July 11th wedding rehearsal. I spoke to a new manager named Mark. I confirmed the prefer, delivery location, etc. I asked him if I should call the staff the morning of the rehearsal. He said no, because he had the order in, and the staff would be alerted to start the order early at 4pm for a 5pm delivery. The night of rehearsal, 5pm came and went. No delivery, no pizza. I called the location I spoke to the 2 prior times, and asked if our order was on the way. The gentleman on the phone said, we don’t have an order here for your name or location. I said, “Are you kidding me?”. He said, “You may have the wrong location.”. I assured him that I had the correct location. I had a whole wedding party and family members sitting waiting to eat, I strongly suggest you avoid ordering from this location. This kind of business practice is inexcusable.

  Ordered at 7pm was told 45 minutes for delivery after waiting 2.5 hours at my house calling store multiple times with no answer I drove to the store once I got to the store multiple upset customers in lobby and 3 people working didn't even care finally found out that my order wasn't even made yet so I waited in lobby for an additional 20 minutes while waiting the phone was just continously ringing no one even cared to answer once I got my food it was horribly made all around very disappointed with the service I received was told no to a refund the food quality was horrible would not recommend this store better of cooking your own pizza at home you might actually be able to eat in less the 3 hours
