I love Papa John’s, but this particular location has a TON of problems keeping up. It’s not lack of employees. The kitchen has a full staff. It has to just be management and inefficiency in general. They seem to be cranking out food but no one is running the front of the house. I did an order a month ago that I set up to be delivered NINE hours in the future. They had NINE hours to make sure I got it at that time. An hour past delivery time I called them. They said it had been sitting there for an hour and no one came to deliver it. So I got it two hours after it was made. Cold. Stale. Today, I again made a pre order for nine hours later. The app showed me that they didn’t even start making the food until half an hour after it should have been delivered. I called them three times. No one answered. So I just drove there and stood in line. There were ten people standing there waiting for their food and all of them were in the same boat as me. Their food was at minimum a half hour late. At that point, it was over an hour after mine should have been delivered. Everyone behind the counter was pretending like none of us were there. Eventually one of the customers spoke up, and guess what? Most of our orders were done and just sitting there but NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES JUST CAME UP AND FIGURED IT OUT. But, an hour and a half after I had set the order to be delivered, I was home with my cold pizza and they forgot the extra sauce cups that I paid for. Cmon guys… something has to change there.

Horrible employees. We placed and order at 1020 when they closed at 11. They canceled our order, as soon as we pulled up to the building at 1030 they locked the doors. Never coming here again. Absolutely ridiculous, all because you don’t wanna do your job
