  I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread location for a long time, and I wanted to recognize Heather and Susie for their hard work and excellent customer service. They are always friendly, professional, and make the experience welcoming. I’ve noticed that the service during weekends can feel a little less consistent when the regular crew is different, but I still appreciate the effort everyone puts in. I hope the same level of customer care continues because employees like Heather and Susie really make a difference.

  Devon was efficient, personable, and wished me a happy mother's day a few times. It was really nice.! Offered a pastry, which I accepted! The Greek salad ( modified) was delicious, plenty to eat, and another employee came to the table to take dishes away. Im from Florida and a Panera customer tons. This restaurant is way superior to my local panera. TY so much.

  So we walked in and the in front of us was trying to order but, she the girl behind the counter was talking about her relationship with some guy. Why would he care he was just getting food for his kids. I told her lost my voice then she jokingly said I was being rude... I hadn't even said anything but that. And I apologize just in case she couldn't hear me. They gave me the wrong drink even after I repeated to the my Lil pony girl behind the counter that I wanted another one. I drank it anyway. Besides it's not like these places are ever going to be top restaurants. She gave us someone else's pager so we were not called .. .. .and when we went to get the food or just look for our food it was cold. They told us to put it in the microwave. My husband had to ask for it to be microwaved or our money back. They were busy. But SOP werenot on point.

  Very rude lady was handing out the food, and this has been happening for a while. This place used to be my favorite, but the attitude is making me not want to come anymore. I went back to fix my side, and the way she spoke to me was very disrespectful. She told me they couldn’t take the chips back, which I have no problem with, but it was her attitude that bothered me. I only ask for what I pay for, that’s all. The team in the back has also been an issue. Another time, they made my smoothie differently from what I asked for, and the same thing happened. I understand that mistakes happen, but it matters how they are handled.

  What happened to this place??The bench seats were torn and table edges are broken.The absolute worst part was the cold Mac n Cheese and the BAD lettuce on mine and my wife’s turkey Bravo sandwiches.We have gone there quite a few time in the past never being disappointed until now.They have really let it go.. Sorry for the bad post but I was really disappointed..
