- BBBradleyAug 14, 20263.0If this is the new McDonald's I am sad for the future. No pop/ soda machine for refills. No ketchup dispenser... No napkins.... Just ask at the front... No people either... Felt like buying food form an airline that wanted to hassle me about everything so you give up and leave. I didn't think McDonald's could get any more soulless but they managed to with their new redesign of fifty shades of boring Gray to go along with the price increases and total elimination of every shred humanity. It was very clean and well keep, the food was fine, and its North Dakota so if there were people there I'm sure they were great. It just made me sad to think in ten years no high school kid will get to work at a job like this because it will just be a giant vending machine run by AI it's almost there now. Good by forever MacDonalds at least you didn't ask for a tip😘

- LOliliana ordunoJul 1, 20261.0Lady (who hid her name tag so i could not see) (brunette) (occurrence happened on 06/30/2026 at around 11:40-11:46pm) was extremely rude about us trying to order when we have a truck and trailer. We travel for a living and have never been denied service and she kept refusing to take our order. I understand following orders and policies but i’m pretty sure telling a customer to “go find a 24 hour gas station to get some food” probably isn’t a part of their customer service training. It was so very sweet of her to be so kind and arrogant. Do not recommend.

They probably make the less mistakes that it don't bother me much because out of 10 visit they probably messed up one or two times. They quick to take your order! Parking is kinda weird and its not enough which makes dining in a hassle!
