  I asked for a Sprite no ice. They gave me a Sprite with ice. Then I asked for a Large Sprite berry blast with no ice. And they gave me half a cup shitty service from the manager

  Food was fine but apparently we can’t hear a damn thing or even put in the order correctly. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes.

  I had a very disappointing experience. The employees were noticeably rude, and it was unclear why. Our order was missing ketchup and other sauces, and when we politely pointed it out, the response we received was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of correcting the mistake courteously, the employee returned with only part of the requested sauces (still without ketchup), and handed them over in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no basic courtesy such as a smile. It left me wondering what kind of work environment leads to this level of frustration being directed at customers. A more respectful and attentive approach would make a significant difference.

  I’m disappointed every time I give this location another chance. So slow and my order is NEVER right.. either it’s the wrong food or something is missing, and it’s always poor quality… just bad overall 😬
