  They forgot my McChicken in my drive-thru order so I went back through the drive-through to get my McChicken that they had forgotten to put in my bag. So they gave me one with a bite taken out of it. Absolutely disgusting you are a franchise I hope whoever sees this looks at the cameras and fires whoever was working on May 6, 2026 at 10:49pm and took a bite out of the sandwich they gave me!

  My muffin on my Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin was not toasted, just warmed up kinda . Disgusting. I went back for lunch. I got an blazing hot microwaved cheeseburger. This location used to be my go to McDonald's. Not anymore. Why is it so difficult to get eatable McDonald's in Fargo.

  Drive through was packed for lunch hour but the flow was steady and really didn't wait much more that 4-5 min from the speaker to pick up window. Good job inside management

  Twice in one week you forget a item its about principal when someone pays for a service they should get what they paid for this is either from incompetence of management or stealing its called theft of service wich i paid in full for my meal and received 95% of my items i will be coming for my money with a receipt from now on ill be taking my business else where

  Went here with my two kids for the playplace which is fine. Food delivered to the table. No napkins, ketchup or straws which I thought would be fine since that stuff (used to be) self-service. Not anymore. Now I had to wait at the counter, flag down an employee so I they could ask how many napkins and ketchup packets I needed. Meanwhile I'm trying to monitor my two kids through the window to the playplace. Does McDonalds really need to ration napkins? Bring back the self service
