  My experience exceeded my expectations. Colton has made my sandwich twice now, and both times he absolutely nailed it. We ordered a #11 with special ingredients, and he got every detail right each time. Thank you for the great food and outstanding service!

  The cashier spoke so quiet , we had to ask him to repeat everything he said multiple times and he still wouldn’t speak up. Additionally, any other time at any other Jimmy John’s, they’ve always automatically cut our sandwich in half. We went up and asked if they could cut it, and the worker behind the counter said”there’s a knife by the pop machine.” When we asked why they can’t just cut it he said because “code says they can’t.” It honestly just seems like no one can do their jobs nowadays. Just disappointing that there’s no customer service anywhere anymore.

  Ordered the new Greek Gyro through the drive through. Good service. Sandwich was ok. Mainly the meat did not communicate a lot of flavor although it smelled delicious.

  They were super fast friendly and the food was amazing I tried their chicken bacon ranch hot tub and it was so good!

  Contemplating what I regret more, spending 40 dollars on food that is going in the garbage or the fact I watched them prepare it. I looked up after handing my card to the lady at the till. She still had her gloves on as she rang me up. I then look at the guy who is making the sandwiches. His gloved hand is in his pocket digging for his phone. He pulls it out looks at it and then slides it back into his pocket. He continues working on my sandwiches with those same gloves on. The girl at the till now goes to help, still wearing the same gloves she used to run the till. I dont normally write reviews but hope this is read by someone who can get better training to these workers. March 19, 2026 around 7pm
