- VBViktor BravoSep 13, 20261.0I placed a pickup order with Five Guys on September 4, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m. I have the receipt and will attach a screenshot for reference. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order, the manager told us they had never received the order and that it was not showing in their system. Because the food was not available, I contacted DoorDash to report the issue. What is confusing is that the receipt/order history appears to show the order was prepared around 12:30 p.m. and then marked as picked up at approximately 2:09 p.m. We never requested delivery, and there was no delivery address associated with the order. This was specifically placed as a pickup order, and we personally came to the restaurant to pick it up. At this point, we paid for an order that we never received, while the system appears to indicate that someone picked it up. I am attaching the receipt so this can hopefully be investigated and resolved. If Five Guys is able to either refund the order or remake it for us the next time we are in Fargo, I will gladly update or remove this review. I would simply like to understand what happened and receive either the food we paid for or a refund.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
