  Once I knew that this place was opening, I got excited because Dunkin’ Donuts is my favorite more affordable coffee locations. $5ish for a medium latte! I’ve worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts before, and I knew what quality to expect and when I went the day after opening day, it was exactly like I remembered. The drink I had was a mocha latte and it tasted exactly like it should. I went back almost every other weekend to get a drink, and there was one since that was wrong, but the staff corrected it. It does take a little longer to get your coffee, depending on what time of day you go, but usually when I go it takes no time at all. The staff are always friendly.

  The female employee who helped us at 11:54 AM today seemed much more interested in her phone than in assisting us. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with her customer service. The other evening, around 8:00 PM, we stood at the counter waiting for over five minutes while she sat behind the register on her phone. She clearly knew we were there—she looked up at us—but then went right back to her phone without acknowledging or greeting us. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again today. It’s frustrating to have to wait for assistance while an employee is actively choosing to be on their phone instead of helping customers.

  Doesnt have anything in the store besides drinks. Why open when you can’t provide full service menu, disappointing

  Honestly, really good Dunkin drinks... Better than most dunkins Ive had. Everyone I've experienced here have been great. Slow? Yes, but all still learning. You guys are doing great! Keep it up!!
