  If you’re unable to accommodate online orders in addition to in-store and drive-thru orders then they shouldn’t be offered. I waited over 20 minutes for an order (there were 6 other online order people waiting). Was never once addressed by staff. 15 people probably went through the in-store line in the time I was waiting for my online order. Another gentleman who had been waiting longer than me finally spoke up and asked about the online orders and the older blonde woman working gave an answer about how she was unable to see the online orders as they’re on another screen and seen by other staff. Well the other staff supposedly running this screen had not acknowledged any of us either… I’ve also been to the other chipotles in town where people on the main line still acknowledge customers, help out and assist with completing the order.

  Boyfriend and I placed two separate orders online. Our pickup time was 7pm. We didnt get our food until 8pm. First we waited in the drive thru line, after 30 minutes I decided to go in. The place was CHAOS. And not because they were slammed with orders, but because there was genuinely only one person out of like eight people that had any sense of what was going on. One guy, whichever dude had his pants sagged below his literal butt cheeks, handed me my boyfriends burrito. He then walked away and after a minute or two he asks me "can you check that burrito to make sure its the right one?" I probably had the dumbest look on my face and responded "you want me to unwrap the burrito to make sure its right?" If it was wrong, I just manhandled this burrito for nothing and it would be trashed 🤣 honestly a little comical but holy cow this place was crazy. Also, my bowl was cold as ice. It sat there for MINIMUM 30 minutes ready to go while they tried to get their poop in a group.

  We started going to this location for the drive through convenience. Our food has always been ready based on order time on the app. Hot, fresh and ready! We will keep coming to this location over the others in town.

  I was suprised at how dirty this location was given it being so new. I felt bad for the person who started my order, he was new and I also had never been to this restaurant. He wasn’t sure what I ordered and the person next to him wasn’t very helpful. There was an extraordinary amount of sour cream and guac added to my bowl and the rice in it is still crunchy. I’ll probably be back to give another try just because the convenience and getting a new place up and running is tough.
