I love Chipotle and usually enjoy their food, but this experience was very disappointing. I definitely will never visit this location again.

Every work surface is gross, the floors, trash overflowing, the seating area is a pig pen. Makes me wonder about food born illness. Baaaaaaaaaaad. Staff were nice. Food was fine but seeing your food prepped on disgusting work surface. Yuck!!! Do better!

One guy seemed to have been waiting since 10:45 for it to open. There was a girl inside sitting at a table (a worker) and when I asked, the gentleman said that she had been doing her nails just a minute or two before. I understand that things happen and come up! Full sympathy for that. But sitting out in the open (while someone else sits at the counter doing...whatever?) and doing your nails while customers wait is.... a bad look for the restaurant. I won't be coming back.
