Lines are always long and always so slow. I came in for the first time for my lunch break, so I was always running on a short time once I finally able to order. I asked the lady for steak the lady gave me honey chicken, my coworker didn't ask for lettuce or sour cream and they still put it on her bowl. Both my coworker and I didn't have the time to refix are meals but I'm kinda disappointed, what's the point of having options if they don't fully listen and put what they want on it. The pace needs to be picked up a bit more and ears need to be more alert.
Place looked like it was hit by a F5 tornado inside with how dirty it was and to top it off they didn’t have any food available and people had to walk out lol. Crazy, they may as well close the doors for the night. How does a business even run like this ? No organization skills at all from staff to keep food prepared and ready to go and I guess they never ever clean the place lol wow
This Chipotle is, without a doubt, the worst place to eat in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Honestly, it’s impressive how consistently terrible this location manages to be. The fact that it has gone downhill for so long without any noticeable improvement says everything about the ownership and management.
The customer service is awful. Employees rarely acknowledge customers, even when there’s a line of people standing there waiting. Most of the staff seem completely uninterested in doing their jobs, with poor attitudes, no professionalism, and zero sense of urgency. Ordering in person feels like an inconvenience to them, and customers are treated like they don’t matter.
The online ordering and DoorDash experience is somehow even worse. Orders are constantly incorrect, missing items, or made carelessly despite customers paying increasingly high prices. At this point, it feels less like a restaurant focused on quality and more like a business focused solely on taking people’s money while providing the bare minimum in return.
On top of all of that, the cleanliness of this location is unacceptable. Trash cans are overflowing, tables are dirty, and the entire restaurant constantly looks neglected. Even the staff often appear unkempt, which only adds to the overall impression that nobody here cares about standards, hygiene, or customer experience.
Honestly, do yourself a favor and go down the street to Qdoba instead. You don’t get charged extra for every simple add-on like guac and queso, the portions are actually fair, the staff are noticeably friendlier, the restaurants are cleaner, and the food genuinely tastes better overall.
If the owner or management actually cared and took customer feedback seriously, meaningful changes would have happened a long time ago. Instead, the same complaints continue year after year with no improvement whatsoever. This location has become an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand and genuinely should be investigated or shut down until serious changes are made.
The first time we ate here it was late and I let the mess and disarray slide. Not this time! Walked into Chipotle, the tables were incredibly messy, drink station was a disaster - no ice, no straws, lids all over, dirty forks on the counter surface and the floor simply disgusting. Trash was overflowing, food crumbs on EVERY table, the dining room looked like it hadn’t been touched in hours. The staff clearly could have cared less! We will most definitely not be returning to this establishment.

I’ve gone to this chipotle, 4 times… The service is so bad. Their speed is slow. They have 1 packer on the line, when there are 17 customers waiting to be helped.
The lobby is filthy, They don’t bust their tables often. They run out of napkins & ice at the drink station.
Product wise, their steak produce is terrible. Always tough and stringy to chew. Even the fresh meat. You will get 2-3 ounces a serving and then they up charge you.
Their hospitality is terrible. The employees Stop what they’re doing to take phone calls in the back break room in the middle of a lunch rush. They Don’t work as a team and they sure as hell don’t work to help the customers needs.
Cook your own burrito at home. Thats the better experience.
