  So incredibly slow to make food. Took me 35 minutes to get two burritos. 10 people “working” and 9.5 of them standing around doing nothing.

  Completely overcharged a single beat bowl was over $20. The ball was about a third full. I questioned it and she said she’d remake it but I didn’t have them do that. When I left, I was thinking about it and was kind of cranky for the measly amount of food I got for over $20 and I called the manager said they’d refund my money when I stopped in and was back in town. I stopped in today. I got $6.14 refunded. There’s a reason they have bad reviews and I normally don’t eat at a place with bad reviews. I will never be back here again.

  The store on 13th. The staff is rude,dinning area was nasty. When ordering our food, they kept on asking for food because the line up was empty. Instead of switching out the old food/pan they just poured the new stuff in. Their line where they make their food was gross. I will never go back . It’s just nasty. For a bowl. It was $19 that is ridiculous

  I showed up after months of being let down by this particular location only to be disappointed again, I walked in they were out of everything, staff was great but service poor, it’s 2 1/2 hours before closing there’s 1 person around the back one person focusing only on take out orders and one poor employee handling serving people, checking them out, filling empty toppings, cooking, and cleaning. I particularly don’t think it’s the employees fault but a management issue how is there not enough staff and there’s a line halfway through the restaurant, I waited maybe 30 minutes to receive food and when I received it it wasn’t the right portions because they had to stretch out the only protein they had for a line of customers, can’t imagine how much longer the rest of the line would have to wait when I was at the front.

  Filthy and disgusting. This was a gross, nasty, dump. Chipotle should clean this place up or shut it down. How do these employees wash their hands after using the bathroom. Every square inch of the place was covered with garbage. The ice machine was not covered either. See the photos, they speak volumes to the standards of this location. I hope I do not get sick after eating there. Update: it's been a few days and thankfully I did not get sick.
