  Needed a quick bite when I got into town. What a disappointment! Absolutely gross...tables not clean, food all over the floor, food was COLD! Restroom had no soap or towels. If there is no soap how are employees washing their hands? Employees were hustling but honestly. This place should be shut down.

  I love chipotle, but this location is the worst I've ever been to. I work close by and I've given this chipotle a few tries, but today I had to leave because they had no food. No exaggeration, they had no rice (neither white nor brown), no chicken, and no steak. How does that even happen? And when the 4-5 people in line were understandably upset, the employees all laughed as if there was nothing they could have done. I don't think of myself as a big complainer, but this is frustrating because if this location was better, I'd be eating chipotle often!

  The staff was doing their best to keep up with the lunch rush, but it was a disaster. Tables were dirty floorwoods, filthy, and there were at least six food Delivery Drivers sitting at tables taking up space where customers who wanted to dine in could have sat. Three drivers were sitting at a table in the restaurant on their phones for the entire twenty five minutes.I was in the building. The food was mediocre at best. Queso was pasty. Chips were stale and not crunchy. The taco was just ok. I will never return to a Chipotle again. There are far better options for this type of food.

  I LOVE chipotle but this location was awful, took me over 45 minutes to get though the line. My portions were small, I’m almost done with my burrito and I’m no where near full. Asked for chips and the cashier when into the back and never came back. Someone else had to check me out. Left without my chips well being late for work due to the heinous line times. Do better, I won’t be back.

  Despite the menu offering a fajita veggie “add-in” (which indicates it would be added to the quesadilla; not put as a side) I’m ordering, 9/10 times there are no fajita veggies on my quesadilla. Or, they’re added to the side containers. We just got back from being out of town for 10 days and all I wanted was a quesadilla but was yet again disappointed when my order arrived incorrectly without the fajita veggies. It’s so disappointing that this is a recurrent issue- to the point I actually get excited when my order shows up correctly (the bare minimum). As someone who has worked in food service for several years, I get the occasional mixup but my DoorDash account shows the evidence of this occurring a majority of the time. It’s really not that hard to read instructions and fulfill an order accurately.
