    Stellar service, great speed, and good food too, came with quite a large group and I don't think anyone had any issues! Definitely worth making one of my first reviews for.

    Easily one of the overall worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant! The place was full & we were the first in a long line of people waiting out the door. Eventually they took our name & phone number for a “waitlist” so we moved 10 feet away to sit on the waiting bench. It wasn’t long before they sat the people behind us, and again & again.. we watched them seat 4 tables of similar size groups before we asked them about it, to which we were told “the manager just started seating people and didn’t know there was a waitlist”. Ok cool, we will likely be up next right? Wrong. Said Manager continues to seat 2 more tables, so we ask again, to which we are very rudely told “we can’t help what our manager does”. Manager walks past us multiple times saying nothing. Finally after asking once again, we were rudely provided a table. Again, zero communication made from this “manager”. Someone drops chips and queso at our table without saying a word, 5 mins later a waitress comes and her greeting is “where’d you get that?” Referring to the food. She picks it up to stare at it, then gives it to the table next to us.. after our group had eaten chips off of it. We order, and again, someone brings our table food that isn’t ours. Eventually after asking for our food, it’s brought out & everything is cold cold. Not one thing is even remotely warm. They state they will comp the 15 wings meal that came out way later than all of it, they didn’t. It was honestly comical at how terrible the entire experience was. I understand mistakes, waistlines, & occasional errors.. I don’t understand poor customer service from every single person we encountered, especially a manager. They are clearly in need of a few “systems” to be put in place. Managers name was Mason. Unsure of the rude staffs name as her name tag was chalk & the name was wiped off of it.

    I had such a fantastic time grabbing dinner here last night. The wings were cooked to absolute perfection and the sauce selection is honestly just incredible. It was the perfect atmosphere to catch the game, and our server was super friendly and kept everything running smoothly for us. It is always my go-to spot when I want something tasty and a fun environment to hang out with friends.

    So many TVs! WoW! I usually order and pick up but I went in and sat down. Staff was amazing! I usually order once a week! The food is great! Wings are amazing with great value prices. So many daily deals. I always get a burger! I absolutely love them and the chocolate cake!!! So good, if you love chocolate! The bar is always full-lots of sports fans. Great social atmosphere with great food and the one I go to has an outdoor space on the top of the building. There are quieter spots and louder areas in the resturant/bar area. They serve tator tots!!! Great onion rings and fries are good 👍 Right now there are endless apps. I can eat for around $15. Great place-dont tell anyone that I am a weekly customer.. lol

    I am extremely disappointed and concerned about my recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. On the very first bite of my chicken burger, I discovered a wooden skewer inside the sandwich. What makes this especially concerning is that the wooden skewer was inside the chicken sandwich and not visible before I took a bite. Whether this was due to poor food handling, lack of quality control, or failure to inspect the food before serving, it created a serious safety risk. A wooden skewer hidden inside food can cause choking, mouth injury, throat injury, or accidental ingestion. Customers should never have to worry about biting into a foreign object while eating a meal prepared and served by a national restaurant chain. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from the Assistant General Manager, who appeared to take very little interest in my complaint. Instead of treating this as a serious food safety concern, the response felt dismissive and lacked the urgency this type of incident deserves. This raises major concerns about food preparation controls, kitchen oversight, quality checks, and management accountability at this location. I respectfully request that Buffalo Wild Wings leadership investigate how a wooden skewer ended up inside my chicken burger, review the management response, and take corrective action to ensure this does not happen to another customer. Food safety and customer trust must be taken seriously. No guest should ever experience this, especially on the first bite of their meal.
