Waited in line for almost 15 minutes without getting our order taken because they wouldn’t stop talking to someone ahead of us. The person in lane 1 got their order taken right away as they pulled up. Then the girl working lane 2 brought us a watered down fizz asking is this yours? We told her no we haven’t ordered and she still didn’t come back to take it and continued talking to the car at lane.

The employees were extremely nice and helpful! I was struggling to remember a drink that I had ordered before but couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. So she recruited 2 other employees to help em figure it out. I kept calling it big red and it was actually red giant. We all laughed about it after and they didn’t make me feel stupid for it. It made my day.

This 7Brew is the absolute best! They make the BEST drinks out of all of the locations in the area and are so quick and efficient. The staff/baristas are so sweet and just wonderful customer service everytime! I love talking with them whenever I visit. The location is great and clean. Truly the best and I’m so thankful I went to this location to try it out! I’ve been multiple times now. :) Thank you soooo much!!! They always make my day!

It was a good visit. Prompt service, good conversation while waiting, and great suggestion for a beverage when undecided. Asked what i was up to and follow up questions led to wanting to see how I use AI to do exteriir and landscape design and wanted to see my renderings.

The team was friendly and my service was prompt. They greeted me and were overall very congenial in nature, despite it being late at night, they were full of energy and seemed to be enjoying their time at work and welcoming me to the experience.
