I called in two days prior to my pick up date to ensure that our order would be ready and correct for pick up as scheduled. The young man I spoke with confirmed my order,which was correct when he repeated it back to me. Picked it up on schedule. 15 minutes into my 10 to 11 windows. The order was wrong. The "manager,Mary," was so rude to both me and my husband and kept telling me the order we got was what we ordered. Like it was our fault. She offered no apology and would not take accountability for the mistakes. As we opened the box, the sandwiches appeared damp and the paper wrap was moist .and droopy. How long had they been sitting around ? Overnight? Days? Food gross. Staff awful. Avoid if you can!
