  Jimmy John’s used to be a place for a good fast sandwich. It’s taking over 20 minutes to get one now. They need to make a separate line for assembling door dash orders and dine in orders.

  Ordered online and food wasn't ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. The customer service was abysmal and exceedingly slow. The food was made correctly and is to Jimmy John's standards but the atmosphere was lacking.

  I order from this Jimmy John’s quite a lot. Prices are expensive, but I used to think the quality was worth it. Not anymore. 2 times they have forgotten to put the meat on my sandwich! Who does that? A company that does not have any regard for their customers. So we have to drive back up and use our gas to have them remake a sandwich which the bread was so hard I could not bite it. Then offer us a free cookie which we don’t eat. So bad customer service! Take your dollars some where else.

  Very rude and unfriendly staff at night, and why do they expect a tip before you even get your sandwich?? Does not make sense to tip at a fast food joint. Not worth the money for what you get. Go to Qdoba instead
