  This is the slowest service I've ever experienced. You will wait centuries for your sandwich.

  Spent an hour waiting for a sandwich while nobody in the restaurant was eating anything. It’s unprofessional to be constantly filling mobile orders or other outside orders while people are standing in the establishment staring at walls waiting over an hour for “freaky fast” sandwiches.

  Exceptionally slow service. Waited over 10 minutes for a simple sandwich, with no special requests.

  Jimmy John’s used to be a place for a good fast sandwich. It’s taking over 20 minutes to get one now. They need to make a separate line for assembling door dash orders and dine in orders.

  Ordered online and food wasn't ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. The customer service was abysmal and exceedingly slow. The food was made correctly and is to Jimmy John's standards but the atmosphere was lacking.
