My entire family had explosive diarrhea, horrible stomach pain and nausea after eating here. We will not be going back due to the reaction our body’s had to their food.

Fully staffed and every single table is disgustingly dirty. When asked if they had Sani rags so I could wipe it myself, worker told me to just use a napkin, they are too busy to do that. Gross. Mean while half the staff was sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Disappointing and definitely never coming back.

I have been to Five Guys two times now. The first time we ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, two orders of fries and one of their hotdogs and one berry shake. We really liked the hamburgers. We thought they were good quality good taste. They did our order correct. The fries were horrible would have been good but they were so SALTY that I found myself brushing off the salt with a napkin! One at a time until I was so discussed that I threw them away. That is high blood pressure waiting to happen! For the price of over $53.00 that’s ridiculous! Who in their right mind who has a family to feed could afford to eat there? The second time we went we ordered fries again. We also ordered just two hotdogs. We thought the hotdog’s were really good considering they are hotdogs. Not the healthiest meal, but we indulge once in a while. Again, I’m thinking all the salting thing was just a fluke the first time. I’ll try them again, but no so SALTY I could not eat them yet again! What is the problem with salting at this fast food joint? Not everyone likes a ton of salt on their food. This time we paid over $33.00. I truly believe that this chain will not make it in our town. We are not rich people here we can barely afford to get groceries. We cannot pay $33 for hotdog. We cannot pay $53 for hamburgers and fries and that’s only for two of us. My advice to anybody going here be prepared to pay pay pay. Yes their food was good except the fries yes, their restaurant was nice. Yes, they made our orders correct, but was it worth it? I think not.

I'm giving a 3 on atmosphere because the place is loud as sin but I guess you can't really expect anything else when there's 12 people working and it's lunch hour. Overall a great experience. My one gripe would be the fries are, in my opinion, oversalted, but that's a matter of taste and I still ate all of them happily, so I can't complain too much.

Went about a saturday ago. Got the "little cheeseburger" which is 600 calories. A small army of people made my meal. The "little fry" is huge. Oversalted sadly. The only fry condiment out in the service area is Ketchup. They have the 100 flavors soda machine by Coca-Cola. Has the "unfinished ceiling" that i find obnoxious. They leave the potatoes out where customers can touch them. Why, i dont know. Seems like a liability. Parking lot is too small, not the franchisee owners fault. Kinda pricey.... but again, cant emphasize that a small army of workers make your food. Literally close to 20 people during rush hour Overal, a good burger. Better than most places in town. Better than most burger joints.
