One of the burgers was raw in the middle when we finally got the right food.Like the first time we ate there, their burgers are greasier than we have come to expect from other Five Guys. We are very disappointed in this Five Guys in Dickinson. We had been so excited to have one in Dickinson which for us is close by, only 60 miles instead of 150 miles or more. We most likely will not eat at this particular Five Guys again.

The fries were very overcooked not hard, just dark and smelled burned and they were extremely over salted!! My husband and I like salt but we had to wipe the salt off to eat them. They were generous with them but most went in the trash because of the salt. We've always wondered how it was but now we are just disappointed. To add to that, the price was out there. A large and regular fry were $12.78 plus tax just for the fries!! If they had been good it might have been better but they were not. The last thing is when paying, and this is my fault because I should have been more observant but I didn't notice that it was putting the tip on before I scanned my card. Most places give the choice after your card goes in but this one did it before I guess and I didn't even know it had put $8.85 tip on until we got to the table k. Tips are for service received not for what you are going to receive. I pay tips for good service but this is like fast food. They didn't even bring the food to you so what was the service? First and last time for us. **Just to add this was the Dickinson, ND location

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
