Felt ignored. New staff I know this as was told by server 3 times. For new hires, make sure that you are seated at a clean table, ours was not, water should not have to request 3 times, napkins should come to table, had to get my own. Plastic silverware. Mac cheese over microwaved and burnt on bottom. Really should do better than this. Also felt ignored. 2 or 3 tables. 3 people at the bar-bartender chatting it up with them we waited looong time for drinks and our water. New people...clean table, water, menu, napkins with the wings. Get the drinks out. Wrap and Mac cheese not good. Only positive is the wings. Will not return.

They not only messed up my order twice, but when I said that it was wrong, the waitress brought me a menu and said “do you need to see a menu?” And then went in the back and started talking crap loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. Her name is Lexi, and she wasn’t even our waitress. Then had the manager come out to argue with me, wasn’t going to take the food off the ticket because I made them remake it even though it was wrong. The worst service and the food was disgusting.

Avoid at all cost!
Me and my husband stopped here on our way through town on our cross country road trip. We read the reviews prior to arrival, but we were craving chicken wings and decided to give them a chance. Ohhh what a mistake!!!!
We walked into the restaurant with only 8 customers inside, we waited just under 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The bartender of all people was the first to say something and decided to yell across the restaurant and tell us we could either sit at the bar or in one of the booths. We opted for a booth, however the bartender then unveiled herself from behind the bar and sat us at the high tops she stated were not an option right under two giant fans blowing down on us.
We were quick to order, we were told they were out of french fries and onion rings which appears to be a trend based on other reviews. I got the boneless wings and my husband got the traditional wings. Our order came to the table in a reasonable 15 minutes for fried food. However both items appeared to be reheated and not well. My husband's wings were ice cold and the meat inside was dry as if it had been sitting in a fridge after being cooked. They also sat in a pool of sauce on the tray. The boneless bites were clearly reheated.
While sitting in the restaurant observing the atmosphere, we noticed a lot of people walk inside for takeout orders, who were repeatedly told their food was not ready and would be another 15-20 minute wait. One customer arrived when we had just ordered our food. We had finished our meal and paid our bill as they walked out with only half their order as they were tired of waiting. Again only with 8 customers in the restaurant.
We also observed that the bartender was constantly nowhere to be found. She appeared to be hiding in the back of the house during our visit only appearing to pour a drink for a table then disappear again. Our bartender got slightly better over the course of our interaction but she lacked professionalism and was clearly taking most of the backlash from takeout order disasters.
Overall, this location clearly suffers from a lack of good management, proper food preparation, and is an absolute disgrace to the franchise. Go to KFC instead.

Over an hour wait, no fries at noon on a Sunday. 6.99 for this abomination of an onion ring, wasn't worh eating at all. Overall poor experience, the wait staff was very good though.

Hey — I just wanted to take a minute to shout out the team here. The manager is doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly, and the head bartender really stands out — super attentive, knows their stuff, and makes the experience better every time.
Also have to mention the Ginger and the Honey Badger — both were seriously on point. You can tell there’s real consistency and care behind the bar. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had lately.
