  I went in and paid for a meal, and I said I'd use my own cup for the drink I paid for, the employee said okay and then I went over to the fountain machine and before I could fill my cup the manager yelled at me from the kitchen that I wasnt allowed to do that. Why yell at a customer over an unknown rule? Why not walk over and say "hey I'm sorry you actually have to use our cups" being yelled at in front of other customers was not enjoyable at all especially over something I wasn't aware of.

  Ordered a Cheese sandwich and received no cheese sauce on it, fries were not hot and the sandwich was barly Luke warm.

  I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Arby’s in Dickinson. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is always friendly. There’s one employee there who seems to do everything—from running the register to making the food—and she works incredibly hard every time I’m in. Her effort and positive attitude really stand out. Just wanted to say it’s noticed and appreciated.
