  We got a to order around 3. The fries were old and cold, the quarter pounder bun was not fresh and the big Mac parries were half off the bun. Sweet tea and dr pepper were good

  I normally go around 5:30am because I need to drive about an hour to work. One morning, my order was messed up but I couldn't drive back due to the time so I called and spoke with Bonnie. All my order was missing was my bacon but Bonnie told me she would make it up to me the next morning. She is a woman of her word. The next morning, Bonnie remembered me and gave me extra on everything plus a lot of bacon. She has the heart of GOLD.

  I just find it pretty sad that when the only thing I ordered was a large caramel iced coffee and I still wind up being told to move forward to spot 1 and have to sit there and wait for them to walk my drink out to me. Come on is it really that hard to fill the cup and just hand it to me at the window? This just makes cycle times look better on paper giving the false impression the transaction was completed but it was actually just cheating the time records to look better then what's happening.

  The lady that took my order was crabby and acted like it was a huge hassle to take my order, the other employees were messing around and cussing in front of my kid, tables were all dirty, seeiously the WORST McDonald's experience ive had, oh and my fries were cold and really hard!!!!!
