  My order at subway went from $11 to $16 in the last two years. My order at Jimmy Johns has not. Jimmy's is my go to.

  The food is good dont get it twisted. But guys, is it hard to build a sandwich correctly and make simple orders correctly. I ordered a #11 and had extra mayo, bacon and extra croutons in it, and even with extra mayo, it was so badly built with topping distribution it was still dry because all the mayo was on one half without croutons and one half had so much croutons in it, it may as well not have had mayo on it. And the last 3 times prior to this something has always been missing from my sandwich starting with the first mistake being a couple months ago that I let slide that my fiancé ordered and got the completely wrong sandwich and just said screw it and ate it after calling the south 3rd street store and saying we would get the sandwich voided which I thought got us our money back but it didnt so if all it did was just erase your mistake, then stop voiding your mistakes and address them, correct them, and stop making them. Youre making sandwiches, not submarines guys, its not hard.

  Awful experience. Wait time here is absolutely atrocious. We had somewhere to be and thought it wouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. We waited for about 45 minutes and we're late to our event. I love Jimmy John's but this location sucks with their timing. The workers had no sense of urgency and were not very professional in handling our wait time. This experience was easily the worse experience I've had at a Jimmy John's, and I frequent this chain.

  Terrible service. They seemed fully staffed( 8workers). But took over 20min to get my food after I ordered with only 4 people ahead of me. Seemed to have most of the employees working on catering order that still wasn’t even done on time. Loads of people left waiting and waiting for extremely long times.
