    This is the 2nd time this terrible service has occcured. The first time (3 weeks prior) the service was obscenely slow. It took 30 minutes to get a simple #10. That's it. This recent time (Sept 15, 2026), it took 45 minutes for my friends to get their sandwich when ordering in store, after me. I saw 5 other sandwiches that I know were ordered in store, get made and leave. And so I addressed the service counter, in which I told them the issue. They did go look for the order receipt, but after not finding it, they continued to make sandwiches, that was not mine. It wasn't until I addressed them again to ask if they were going to make mine that they finally did. Somewhere during the 45 minutes, the person who I'm assuming is the manager came in from a delivery order and helped speed things up. However, he left again. Unfortunately, there needs to be a management and training update/change at this store, because I get being 'slammed' over the noon hour.... but it's been twice now where the making of 1 sandwich has taken over 30 minutes. Additionally, the person who I assumed is the manager should be IN STORE helping his employees. There was one employee who didn't even know how to make a sandwich it seemed, always asking for direction.

    That last two times here, we’ve had to wait over an hour for simple orders. I understand that things can get busy around the noon hour but it looks as though the staff isn’t even able to make the sandwiches correctly or in a timely manner. Definitely not “freaky fast”. I’ve seen them have to turn away people since they are so far behind. That’s not a great business practice and I will probably not be coming back. So overall, food is fine but just be ready for a long wait time.
