We came to this store at 8pm we ordered a hotdog, cheeseburger, 2 Fry's and cheese curds. Along with a few ice cream treats.
Luckily our ice cream was correct.
After standing up front for ten minutes, one of the 5 people that were beyond high in the back came up to take our order. This guy was so checked out, when I pointed out that there was no hot dog, he just mubled then ran away.
We ended up getting someone else's hot food order eventually.

Made a quick stop only to realize I was at the wrong DQ location. Nice store with indoor seating and good parking. Was really busy there, so I was glad I didn't have to wait in the long line. The grill smelled good ans I am sure the ice cream was good, too. I will have to stop back later and find out.

The place was dirty. The workers didn't seem happy to help us. The food was dry and the fries had no salt. Not planning on coming back

I ordered a LG hot fudge Sunday and what i got was scoop your ice cream and dip it in the chocolate. Once all the fudge was gone it was just a plain Sunday. STOP trying to do new things, to things that are tradition!! A Sunday is a plain ice cream with a big scoop of fudge poured from the top that drips to the bottom PERIOD! Such a waste of money!!

After a bad experience at the 13th Street location in Bismarck, I thought I'd go to this location that same evening. Didn't find it to be much different. Dirty counters, tables, floors, and back of house was any better. I asked if the owner of this location was the same for the 13th Street Dairy Queen, he said it was. That answer explained everything I needed to know. I thought would hopefully get a different experience because different people were there. Not much different. Chocolate dipped cone was ordered, not as messy, but not coated well with chocolate, it was subpar at best. The worst of it was when the cashier started scratching his belly underneath his shirt. I thought, well, he's just going to take orders and money, but I was wrong, didn't wash his hands after cashiering and itching his stomach. I thought, don't make my cone and sure enough, he was the one. On a side note, not sure why there's paper on the cones if the employees don't use it. They seem to not be too informed about handling edible food items. The owner or Dairy Queen corp needs to step in to these locations and do some training on food safety and cleanliness. Very disappointed in these locations.
