  Been in Bismark for a week on business. Eaten here several times for meals as well as just to grab a dessert. Amazing customer service. Always friendly greetings when entering, fast service, thank you upon leaving. Prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you guys and I look forward to my next visit.

  Very disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and rude attitude from staff. I came into the store at 9:48 to order when they notably close at 10. There were at least 5 if not 6 workers present, and we were told they were done taking orders and we needed to leave because they closed in 6 minutes. I pointed out that it was 12 minutes to close, to which they insisted it was 6 minutes to close and they go by their clock on the wall which is probably older than any of the workers. We were not going to order hot food that would take a while to prepare, but a blizzard that could take just a few minutes to whip up, especially with the amount of staff on hand. We left the store at 9:50, 10 minutes to close, and they locked the door behind us. The other customer walking out of the store was equally blown away by how rude the staff was and how their reasoning was ridiculous simply to get out of the door earlier. If the desire is to leave prior to close, turn off the open sign and lock the door rather than rudely dismissing customers.

  We walked in at 9:48 and we were told that they were not taking any more orders because they closed in 6 minutes. When I pointed to my phone, they acted like my phone was wrong and pointed to a digital clock that I couldn’t even see I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this business that does not stay true to its own business hours. Not only that, but all 6 employees that were working had the audacity to act like my phone was lying. This was honestly the most disrespected I have ever felt as a customer.

  Was EXTREMELY hot and humid in the store. I wanted to get my food and leave as soon as possible because I could not handle that heat. It felt it was hotter in the store than it was outside
