    Went to drive thru for quick meal pickup. Waited in line for 32 minutes to get to order device. Placed order. Waited another 17 minutes to pick up food. Order was messed up. Sererwas obviously overwhelmed by the number of cars on drive thru. It will be a long time before I return to this fast food establishment. Management needs to get involved in day to day operation.

    People, it's not that difficult to put fries into a bag. We were missing two large curly fries, that's the entire reason for eating there. I do realize that working at Arby's isn't the be-all end-all of your lives, but at least fulfilling orders is required. Please pay attention. Managers need to be checking bags, crew members don't care.
