  If I could give negative zero stars I would. Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru. Then manager Bethany comes and said my food was given to the wrong car. My toddler was screaming. I told her I wanted my money back and she replied no food. She the said do you see all these cars. What does that have to do with you giving my order to the wrong car and asking me to wait longer than 30 minutes. She refunded me and slammed the window in my face. Very poor customer service

  From waiting for a pickup order for 40 minutes after pick up time, to sloppy preparation of the food, to half full/melted milkshakes - just a completely terrible experience.

  The only things decent about this Sonic are their drinks and the friendly drive-thru staff. The last corn dog I got tasted like stale grease and I had to throw it out. I'm not sure what's happened to the quality but it's gone way down.

  Great food as always; good service between the employee taking orders and the employee delivering. Payment machine was down during visit. Employee delivering food had to conduct payment. Overall, it's a great Sonic!

  It’s ok. I don’t come here very often but everytime I do I ask for a cherry lemonade and they keep giving me cherry sprite or cherry limeade. Staff is a tad rude as well. Will I ever get my cherry lemonade…😔
