  Came to this location wanting to try the new resher drink they have and asked for lite ice. Was told that they couldn’t do that and wasn’t provided clear reason! Went to a Raleigh location earlier today ordered same drink and was able to order it that way I just don’t understand the issue with giving someone what they’re asking when they are paying for it with their money but then again everytime I come to this location it’s something they CANT DO😒 Zebulon needs to open another McDonald’s or redo their staff selection/ management at this location

  The only reason for the second star is because the normal people that I see in the morning (The guy that gives me my receipt and the Asian lady that always smiles when she hands me my food are great) HOWEVER I am currently pissed at this location due to the young female that "helped" me at the order window this morning. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app at 10:10am, arrived at 10:20am and marked that I had arrived at the location. I waited for 5 minutes to get to the window at 10:25am and sat there in silence for 5 minutes neither line moved for 5 minutes. When she finally asked what I wanted to order I told her my code and she told me I could not pick up my order and I would need to reorder through the drive through. I asked for a refund and she said I would need to cancel my order through the app. I left because I did not want lunch. When I went to cancel my order on the app it would not let me because it said the order was already being prepared. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This is the second day the road they tell me the code is incorrect when I just pulled it up on my phone. They need proper training by management and they need to do something. I will be calling corporation again today. This is ridiculous. Two days in a row. Something needs to be done about this. I will not recommend in this is the last time I’m ever going to this place.

  Horrible everytime i come here they take long to make food and to keep the line moving (breakfast time) which should be the most fastest pace in the day had me waiting behind 2 cars for 20 mins

  Zebulon location was great when I went for a late night meal. Staff was even friendly considering the late hour. Drive through only late at night.
