  First time visiting this store, and I did notice there weren’t many cash registers open—only one with the light on for full service. However, I really wanted to take a moment to praise the Deli’s manager. She was very nice, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. I inquired about an item, and instead of simply telling me they didn’t have it, she went out of her way to check and actually found the items for me. That kind of customer service really makes a difference! Thank you for taking the time to help me and for making my first visit a great experience. Excellent customer service! 👏

  This place is a joke, I was stopping through heading home. This was the worst customer service ever received. I asked them who is the manager one literary said I don’t know like how? I won’t ever stop here I just recently moved to wake Forest I’ll stick with Publix felt like I was in the ghetto! Do better! Nasty store!!! And JEN stop hiding in the office and do better as a manager!!
