  So, I have to have coffee every single morning or else, I’m basically dead to the world and with it being summer and my kids being home I need tons of extra energy. Super excited to have this new Dunkin by my house. Unfortunately, out of like the 6-7 times I’ve been there they have only had what I get like 3 of those times (haha my typical luck) that would usually have me going elsewhere but some of the staff there… absolutely incredible! One in particular, Jasmine. I know it couldn’t have been easy working those days with no caramel and no caffeinated espresso but she did an awesome job helping me find something else that I would like all while keeping a smile on her face the entire time that alone has kept me going back. She has been so kind and remembers me every time I walk in and remembers my kids as well which they always get excited about. She’s great with explaining flavors and helps me find ones that I’d like and be okay with(I’m on the spectrum so it can be very challenging). There’s another girl that works there that’s also pretty awesome, Bella. I haven’t seen her as many times but the times I have been there she’s always been kind and helpful and the two of them today went way out of their way to help my kids find something they would like and made my kids day with an awesome drink. Even with a line they never make me feel rushed and are so patient.I don’t think Dunkin can find a better team than those two!

  First time here.. I believe I’ve only ordered some donuts from Dunkin and that was years ago.. I decided to drop in and grab a drink.. The girls working this morning 6/9 were sweethearts.. Patiently answered my question and helped by making a recommendation.. If you like Caramel, the Caramel Craze Iced Latte is sooooo good!

  Employees ignoring customers talking and laughing for 30 minutes with no line. When customer requests service they start slamming things, yelling in front of customer & my children that they don’t have ingredients and they are the only one working. HOW is that the customers problem. If you don’t want to be yelled at and have the ingredients to make your order then go somewhere else. shut down as quick as you opened. disgusting.

  I enjoyed the oreo cloud latte, I however also ordered a large coffee with extra cream n sugar..... the coffee was not hot at all. It was like hotel coffee I was very sad, it was watered down and not sweet. I will travel a little further to a better Dunkin Donuts.
