- JDJuno Dun4 days ago1.0Had an issue on the app with a coupon for a free chicken biscuit with a purchase of a small bo- round. No matter what I did the coupon would not reflect at checkout. It would show that it was added at checkout but would not change the total. The app in general is just complete trash, barely ever works for me and rarely do I ever see a coupon for Bojangles so I was happy to see that they had something offered. But then when I go to use it it doesn't even work. I went into the store and showed the manager but he pretty much just shrugged his shoulders and said he can't do anything about it and walked off. I wasn't acting belligerent, and I was trying to be polite about it but he acted like I was a nuisance to even ask, rolling his eyes. Whatever happened to customer service? BOJANGLES CORPORATE: Fix your app, you might as well not have one!

I recently made an order for my parents and once I got home we realized the order was missing something. I called the restaurant and was helped by Tyra who was the manager. She was very accommodating and made sure the problem was immediately rectified. The staff I interacted with were friendly and went above and beyond to make every customer feel welcomed. Give Tyra a blank check Bojangles! She deserves it!
