This is the worst place ever the people over this company needs to get involved. I have never in my life been so disrespected I visited this bojangles and recieved the upmost negative service. I ordered my food and drove to the the window to pay and get my food and all i ask was for the credit card receipt. Mind you we just paid 1 second ago as I asked for the recipt and they think they threw away and had to find it im not sure why it to so long if we just paid I did not think they would have to reprint it. Anyways fast foward to when they tell me to pull up and I do just that mind you they did not say pull up to number one or two nun like that or a designated spot they said just pull up it will be one second how they setup and driveway is im blocking the way for others to get out and with the line looping around hard for me to move either so im parked and the man behind me decides to hunk their I did not pay it no mind until he decided to do another honk I was going to politely let him know we are waiting on them to bring our recipt we were told to wait here please be patient is what I was getting out my car to say but before I could say anything he start yelling at me telling me to move and called me out my name and the manager then waits until the altercation is over to come out with an attitude which is not cute on her either to hand my family member the recipt no apology or nothing was given this all could of been resolved if the store and manager knew how to be respectful and mindful of their customers. They should of never threw away the recipet or assume nobody is going to ask for the credit recipt because that is not the credit reciept on the box and secondly they could of let the gentleman know to be patient a second that they have asked me to pull up for service and it will be a moment instead of pushing people through and telling people to pull up is this not taught in the modules what has this generation come to where nobody has any respect no matter what age I know your momma taught you better so act like it and stop calling names to make yourself feel better. That boy was loud and wrong he felt it was my fault for holding up the line as if I was not waiting on something from them whatever he was upset about he should of handled with the people at the window not the customer he had no respect neither decency that's not a man that's a boy driving that car a little boy and I stand on that everyone at the window and including the nasty talking customer has some growing up to do. May Jesus walk with you. That manager need to be fired obviously did not train well

My wife and I had to run through here for lunch otw to the coast for 4th of July. The food is always good but they need a better system for accommodating customers. It looked as busy as a Chick-fil-A without the infrastructure to support the business. Lost 20 minutes when it's supposed to be fast food.

I found a fly in my food—while I would typically give them a one-star for that, the only thing that will keep me coming back is the morning staff. I come here often and they’re always energetic, polite, and upbeat.
