I was told a grilled chicken would be 10 minutes even though they had just served one then the guy says he doesn't know how long it'll be. Sausage cheese and egg biscuit wasn't good..sausage looked overcooked, biscuit hard on the edges. Chicken filet biscuit the chicken had a odd texture and again the biscuit was hard around the edges. Restrooms not looking good.. unflushed urinals with spots of urine on them. The commode had a brown streak on it. I completed the survey on the receipt..I received a call from I'm assuming a manager this morning from their store #. But they unprofessionally did not leave a voicemail message. I'm not calling back to hunt down a specific manager. It's not a problem with my voicemail box because someone called just moments after they did and left a message fine. It's really a shame..

Also, added on a cobbler at the window because no one came on the mic. The young man at the window was kind and respectful. The high yellow short chick was rude and disrespectful. She made a comment about me adding on but I waited and no one came to the mic. I fussed her out. She lied and said nobody said nothing. The food was for my friend, not me...I stopped eating here last year. Way too slow to get orders out and the food sometimes tastes bad. The service has always been fantastic until today.
