The issue wasn’t even the policy or situation itself — it was the attitude. I felt spoken to in a way that came across as dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily rude. I understand that customer-facing jobs are difficult and everyone has stressful days, but kindness and professionalism still matter. What upset me most was feeling like I wasn’t being treated with the same basic respect I try to show others. I left feeling uncomfortable and honestly embarrassed over an interaction that did not need to escalate the way it did. As someone who is biracial/half African American, experiences like this can sometimes make you stop and wonder whether you were being perceived or treated differently — and that feeling alone is uncomfortable. I’m not claiming intent, but I am sharing honestly how the interaction felt from my perspective. This happened on Memorial Day, and I was hoping for a little more patience and courtesy than what I experienced. Instead, I left feeling genuinely upset and confused about why I was treated that way. It felt unnecessary and honestly ridiculous that the interaction reached that point over something that could have been handled respectfully. I’m leaving this review because attitude and professionalism matter just as much as the service itself. For context, the cashier involved was white. And there is a stocker who said the best aisle is an isle no customers can come thru. If you hate your job then find another one because customer service is your job and you obviously hate people
