Yesterday I went and got me a grilled piece of chicken with cheese on top which I get usually once a week and it’s delicious until yesterday. I took a bite of my chicken and it tasted off. I knew something wasn’t right so when I decided to cut it open I saw that my chicken was NOT cooked and I just ate a raw piece of chicken. I’ve worked in the food company and I know that when that chicken comes out the oven you are suppose to use a thermometer to check the chicken and make sure it’s at the right temperature before serving it too your customers and guess what someone didn’t do it. Of course I called them right away and they said come back and will cook you another piece. So we did and I gave them the chicken… we got no apologies when we got to the window was told oh it’s not done pull up and will bring it out would you like a drink while you wait and had us a card for one free REGULAR SIZE COMBO???? Like our entire meal should have been free apologies should have been made. Like do they have no idea how sick you can get from eating raw chicken??? Very disappointed and very disgusted with this store. Maybe it’s time to better train your cooks on how to cook chicken and use a thermometer to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

I ate at this location today for the first time in a decade, and let me tell you. I’ve been to Bojangles all over the country. There is NO MATCH for yadkinville bojangles. The biscuits are hands down- the best, the fries are always hot and seasoned well, and the chicken is perfectly cooked. I’m convinced this is the best Bojangles in the world. I believe they won a biscuit competition back in 2014 or something. So I had a notion that this location was elite. Every single person there knows what they are. Thank you so much for making my morning brighter. GO EAT BOJANGLES GUYS
- PHPatti HJun 11, 20261.0Bojangles used to be so good. Stopped at 425 today and got a chicken biscuit with fries. That biscuit had been sitting there for many hours. The bread was hard as a rock and the chicken was so dried out. The fries had so much seasoning on them, they were not even edible..in the trash they went. They won't get anymore of my money.
