For some reason there was a family with two small kids in the bar area, and they kids kept using the hot sauce bottles as hammers on the counter, which had the effect of making me feel like we were in a McDonald’s play place.

Came in at 8pm and waited at the hostess stand for over 5 min while several different workers made eye contact and glared in our direction. No one greeted us. Half the restaurant wasn’t bussed. Bartender seemed very unimpressed when we asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait for a hostess. Finally someone sat us but we decided to leave after feeling so unwelcome. Won’t be wasting my money here anymore, place has gone downhill since becoming corporate in both quality and service.
