  My reviews keep getting deleted so I’ll keep posting. Terrible service. The employees don’t feel like delivering so they claim to not have received your order. This has happened multiple times, but it is my genuine and sincere experience. I’ll never order from this location again - it’s just obnoxious to advertise hours, say you never received my order, and then to get a call from customer service saying I’ll get a refund in a few days. Worst Papa John’s location I’ve ever dealt with, and I won’t be dealing with them again

  Terrible service, completely unreliable, and the employees must be incompetent. I’ve placed multiple orders, and they never come out right - if they arrive at all! Read the reviews - this establishment is obviously very unsanitary, and the owner does not know how to manage a business. I’ll be placing a call to the health department for an inspection. GROSS

  The pizza we received tonight was the worst pizza we have ever tried from a pizza establishment. The entire pizza was soggy in the bottom of the crust. When you pick up a piece out the box, the entire cheese and topping slid off. There was an inch of sauce under the cheese. Crust is so thin, there is none. We would have been better off to purchase a $1.50 cent Totinos Party pizza from food lion. How this place is still in business I have no clue. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. 4 pepperonis on the whole pizza. Another thing is we have our girls sleeping and we specifically asked when placing online order to leave order at our door. Instead of listening, the delivery driver stood at our front door for 10 minutes and I had to go out. Eat at your own risk. Even If they gave pizzas away full time, I wouldn’t eat it.

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Alexis at this Papa John’s location, she truly deserves a raise or promotion! Let me tell you, she knows customer service. I came in after having issues with an online order, and she handled everything with patience, understanding, and even some light banter that kept me from feeling silly or frustrated. It’s such a great feeling when employees genuinely know how to talk to and take care of their customers. Alexis went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her! I’ll always give credit where it’s due. Big thank you to her!
