  The cafe was recommended by a friend to check out. The atmosphere was nice, had indoor and outdoor seatings. Somehow the interactions with the servers were award, they also didnt pay us any attention other the first time they took our order and when it was time for the check, only then I was able to ask for a coffee refill. They seemed to be able to check on other tables not just ours. The food was good but portion size to can be a little more especially for the Belgian waffle. I will be visiting again and trying them again and a different menu option

  Yesterday my daughter and son in law had lunch for my Mothers Day gift at this cute cafe! It was very busy so there was a delay on our table being waited on. The owner of the café came to our table and sat down with us and apologized for our wait and took our order! She was so funny and nice! After our meal, a waitress came to our table and brought us a freshly baked cinnamon bun! We told her we did not order it and she said it was for our table. We all were wondering why she brought it to us, then the owner came to the table and said it was on her for our delay in being waited on! Now that is how you run a business!!! You do not find that very often anymore! So I highly recommend this adorable café for a wonderful breakfast or lunch! The cinnamon bun was the best I ever had!! Only thing I recommend is fixing the door! It banged everything people came in and out! No biggie, just a suggestion! Thank you for a delicious lunch! Lisa

  From the chai, to the cookies, to the donuts, everything was delicious. And the owner was so sweet and made the experience 10/10. Can’t wait to stop in again the next time in Greenville.

  I work in Kinston and my husband and daughter came to Greenville for the weekend. I looked up a place for lunch on Google and saw that this one had 4.9 stars. This may honestly be the worst service I have received at a restaurant. The waitress was prompt to bring waters and said she would return with our drinks and to take our order. 20 minutes passed before the tea and lemonade was brought to the table and the person that brought it didn't even take our order. Finally order was taken. We were really trying to enjoy our experience so waited for the food. Another 30 minutes passed before food arrived. Except all my daughter ordered was a chocolate chip cookie and she didn't bring it. She said she would heat it up and bring it. My husband and I finished the sandwich and burger we had been brought (very small burger and the smallest portion of fries) and sent our daughter to the counter for the cookie since the waitress never returned. After waiting ten minutes she returned with the cookie and ate it. Still no waitress so I went and stood in line at the counter just to pay the tab. I have no idea why I decided at that time to add a coffee to go (30 minute ride back to Kinston), but I did. I then stood at the counter for an additional 15 minutes waiting for this. All in all, we were there for TWO hours!! How did this place get these ratings??
