  I took my brother here this morning for breakfast. He got a sausage l, egg, and cheese mcgriddle. The double drive-through lanes really helped us get served quickly. The employee was friendly and polite. He loved his breakfast!

  I went to this location last night, placed my order and then went to the 1st window to pay. I sat there for at least 5 minutes, the 1st girl at the window never turned around and her back was facing the window the whole time. I figured maybe this wasn’t the window for payment. So I go to the 2nd window and they asked what my order was, I told them and also said that the girl at the 1st window didn’t take my payment because she never turned around. The 2nd girl took my card, went to the back, came back and said my card didn’t go through and that I needed to back in line to pay.. I asked her to try it again. She then said “well, actually we can’t take your payment here because she (the 1st window girl) is super busy and she says she cant take your payment.” I asked them why did they lie about my card not going through, then asked why did I have to go back in the line if their employee wasn’t paying attention? 3rd person comes to the window, says I either have to go back in line or come inside to pay. I reiterated how I didn’t understand why they couldn’t ring me up here if you see the order and that it wasn’t fair I’ve sat in line this whole time. They then told me “well customers usually will knock on the window or wave” I said how can I wave if her back was facing the window and why do I as the customer have to get her attention if she knew she was supposed to be taking payment? They then got an attitude and told me “well that’s just what customers do. So you can go back in line or come inside.” I told them to cancel the order. I’ve worked fast food before and that’s never been the case nor have I ever sent a customer back around to the line for something like that. So not only did they lie, they were also rude and not holding their employees accountable of doing their job.

  The Spanish lady that's running the show don't know half of what's going on. Waited 20 minutes on a steak egg and cheese biscuit. Then they told me they were going to give me two hash browns for free and never gave them to me or put them in the bag. Then when I asked for him they told me that they never told me that smh... Wow!!!

  Extremely rushed & careless. The employees were very short in responses, and forgot multiple things including a drink & fry. When I was handed the food, I gave a polite “Thank you” which was greeted with a “What?” and the window shut almost instantly. I was further ignored as I waited at the window when I noticed my drink was missing. Very impolite and need to work on customer service skills.

  Handed me a black coffee after I asked for creamer in it, not only that but they didn’t secure the lip properly and I didn’t notice till it was spilling in my cupholder
