  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Whataburger, and I have to give special recognition to the manager. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every customer had a great experience. It’s not often you come across a manager who takes that much pride in their work and leads by example. The food was great, the service was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Whateveraburger is doing, they clearly have the right person in charge. Management like this makes a huge difference and deserves to be recognized. Excellent experience all around. I’ll definitely be back. Florida

  My experience with Lonnie was really disappointing… The customer service was unprofessional and the nasty attitude that I received was unnecessary! I understand that employees can have difficult days, but I should still be treated with respect. Hopefully someone reviews how this interaction was handled and addresses the situation appropriately. Employees are a reflection of a business, and experiences like this will make one NEVER come back! Shame on you Lonnie!

  I have gone to this location twice in the last week (a very uncommon occurrence) and was so very pleased. As we do not frequent Whataburger, I struggled a bit in the drive through and NeNe was incredibly helpful navigating the process with me. She even set a reasonable expectation that it would take to cook enough chicken tenders to fill me order. I want to add that there was a minor error with my order and they went above and beyond in correcting it. On my return visit for the correction, the manager took extra care of us. We decided to eat inside and it was reminiscent of the old burger restaurant days. It was clean. Not over stimulating. The employees are kind, friendly, and eager to help. Also, very good ketchup. Like it tasted when I was a kid. I can’t just eat fast food burgers everyday! Terrible nutritional plan lol BUT I will be back to Whataburger very soon.
