  I had a really bad experience with my order from the Taco Bell on Silas Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I ordered three beef Burrito Supremes (one with no beans) and one chicken quesadilla, and the entire order was wrong. All three burritos were made with chicken instead of beef, and they were mostly just tortillas with barely any filling. The quality was noticeably poor. On top of that, my husband got sick after eating the food, which is extremely concerning. When we order food, we expect it to be prepared correctly and safely, and this location really failed on both. Very disappointed with this visit, and I hope management takes this seriously.

  I’m convinced the Crunchwrap Supreme is actually an elaborate social experiment to see how much disappointment a human can hold in one hand. I ordered this expecting the legendary "crunch" promised in the name. Instead, I got a lukewarm, hexagonal tortilla envelope filled mostly with existential dread and a suspicious amount of shredded lettuce. Here’s the breakdown: • The "Crunch": Non-existent. The tostada shell inside had the structural integrity of a wet napkin. • The Beef: I found a single, lonely teaspoon of meat huddled in one corner like it was hiding from the rest of the ingredients. • The Distribution: One bite was 100% sour cream, the next was a desert of plain flour tortilla, and the final bite was just a mouthful of hot tomato water.
