- GHGreg HillSep 6, 20261.0The worst pizza hut pizza I've ever had, we drove 20 mins to try a different pizza remembering how good pizza hut used to be, we ordered online was supposed to be ready 5 20 got there they said they were out of breadsticks which we ordered finally got our pizzas at 5 55 it was cold and the wings were just as bad, during our wait time saw many people bringing pizzas back to be remade, if this is a private owned pizza hut they will lose there franchise pretty soon
- JVJoey VencillAug 28, 20261.08/23/26 ordered from the pizza hut app and was delivered by door dash. My order was wrong and missing items. Called the store, and whoever answered didn't seem to be concerned about my issue. Couldn't resend the order because it was delivered by doordash ( shouldn't be my problem, i didn't order thru doordash) said they were going to credit my account the difference in the order. 4 days later still no credit. Subpar food, even worse customer service. Im actively tell people not to eat there.
- AHAnnette HorsleyAug 26, 20261.0Called ahead 2 order 2 pizzas. When I got there the place was full. But I didn't mind until I got up to the counter and gave my name. The girl couldn't find me. The man ..whose voice sounded like the one who took my order..came up and he couldn't find it either. So someone else yelled ringgit up again. I told them no and walked out.
- JHJustin HAug 20, 20261.0Disaster. Placed an order on a Thursday at 3:30 for pickup at 5:30. Showed up, no where close to being ready. Came back a 6:00, still not ready. Avoid at all costs.
- SCS CJul 30, 20261.0I ordered a deep dish, but got a hand toss, the pizzas grt delivered by door dash but there was no tap on the box. I paid $30 for pizza that im terrified to eat.
