I normally have no issue at this McDonald's store however, today I noticed a young manager who may need a little more training On how to treat customers. I used to be a manager at McDonald's years ago to see someone in management not know how to interact with customers when there has been an issue with their order did rub me the wrong way. Maybe they shouldn't be in that position quite yet or require more training!
- CCCaster CatronJun 5, 20261.0Service here is constantly terrible, for a place that isn’t as busy as other franchise stores, they don’t care about the customer, constantly getting orders wrong, making patrons wait up to 30+ minutes for food that should be ready in 10. I have personally been told that a worker forgot about me at the second pickup window after waiting 30 minutes and having to go inside and complain. 30 minute wait over one large fry.
