  i’m typically not one to complain, but there is never anyone at the front. Whether you’re trying to pick up a DoorDash order that you’ve already placed or picking one up for somebody else, you will be waiting in the lobby for an extra 15 to 20 minutes because everyone is focused on drive-through and nobody is helping anybody in the lobby. I’ve gotten my order right maybe three times going through the drive-through. every other time i either get the wrong food or am missing something and have to wait another 10-15 minutes to have it fixed.

  This McDonalds is consistently the absolute worst in service and quality control. Save your energy and time by just taking the extra 5 minutes to go to the Jonestown location. I gave them another shot to see if they improved their service and again it was bad. I will contacting corporate to see why this location hasn’t improved it’s just ridiculous. This place is new and they have a 2.9 star for a reason

  This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. I went through the drive-thru on July 17th around 9:50 PM, and the woman taking orders was extremely rude from the moment I asked a simple question. She had a terrible attitude, especially when she told me they were sold out of sweet tea. I honestly don’t understand how a McDonald’s can be out of tea when it’s literally just brewing tea bags. It felt more like they didn’t want to make another batch because they were trying to get out early. Judging by the 3.0 Google rating, it seems this isn’t just a one-time experience. The restaurant just opened, and it’s already sitting at such a low rating, which says a lot about the management. I’ve also never seen a manager anywhere in the restaurant, and it really shows. There doesn’t seem to be anyone making sure employees are doing their jobs or treating customers with respect. Every time this location gets even remotely busy, they shut off online ordering and the drive-thru takes forever. What’s the point of opening a brand-new McDonald’s if the service is going to be this bad? This was my last visit to this location. I’d much rather drive to the Jonestown Road McDonald’s, where at least the employees know how to treat customers and the restaurant is actually managed properly.
