  Food is not so hot except I like the hash browns but even those aren't as good as the Burger King rounds. I used to love McD's but they've gone dow hill over the years

  Y’all suck. McDonald’s was known for its great iced coffees and hot coffee. I ordered a coffee this morning. It taste like hot black water. I mean, how do you screw up brewing a coffee bag? Every time I get iced coffee, it tastes burnt or old. So I tried to switch it back up to hot coffee just to be disappointed. This is why typically I brew my own coffee at home. This cup of coffee was pure garbage.

  EVERY SINGLE TIME. Soooooooo slow soooooooo annoying!!!! You when you finally get to the window because they have no urgency to the customer whatsoever. They take forever to even ask you what your order is. You answer the question about the app and then hear nothing. If you go to the order speaker on the right, they will take four or five orders sometimes before they even take yours. You have to repeat yourself 50,000 times every word that you say. Why do I have to repeat myself 50,000 times like your menu is ginormous or that I’m asking you to create a new sauce for me. I work at the mall and I absolutely hate coming to this location the only good workers are in the morning

  Not the most prompt service inside, but otherwise, they ALWAYS make my order correct. Never an issue with precision or ease of service.

  I saw the employee drop the food tongs on the floor and then pick them up to continue preparing food. This is unprofessional.
