  y’all are in very bad need of customer service training. monica was standing at the end of her register but didn’t ask if i was ready to check out (to indicate her register is open) and she didn’t ask how i was doing or tell me to have a great day. i think that’s the bare minimum thing to say to give someone good service. i left after checking out and thought it was ridiculous because she is not the first person to treat me weird. such weird people being employed here. what’s so hard about being nice? i’m nice to people when im not even at work

  This grocery store is not all that great for much at all, definitely could possibly be beneficial to address the lack of customer service that many of their managers are just not very capable of doing. One of those managers has been seen speaking rudely to customers while she is checking their groceries out! I have seen her roll her eyes at different customers while saying something rude to them. I occasionally go to get my moma few things she may need atm. On one occasion I had to remove a few things while doing this, the balance jumped up around $13. I simply asked her what happened there and she snapped back at me and said that was the tax! I know that the tax from $98 really can't be almost half of the total price of the bill! I really believe that she is a liability for this grocery store since she does not possesss any ability to be courteous and smile and not take out your opinion on people towards them when this is the only store in the area. She looks at some customers like someone who just has a deep negative opinion on that person and it is not right to ho)d a manger title and then act that way! She needs to be fired.

  They have upgraded this store. I have always liked the employees that work here and now that the store itself is so much better.

  They recently remodeled and its looks great. You can see everything more clearly. They also now have a sushi bar which is so cool plus the massive wing bar. The deli looks great and you can now see everything more easily. The employee in charge of making sure the case is packed and the logo is done did their job great A+. The few things id complain about are the deli counter is way too tall for most people. I couldnt even see the person behind the counter. And the self checkout, they have the cube of self checkouts which are good but then they have the 12 items or less in the open but they dont have any self checkout with a counter for bigger orders. I like to use selfcheckout and get a whole cart full of on sale items and I coupon. So I need to be able to see if items ring up correctly. Also several items did not ring up the sales price, had to have someone manually input them. Over all im pretty impressed!
