- JBJust, BShearJ3 days ago5.0The remodel of this Food Lion location on Reynolda Road in Winston-Salem northwestern area is probably the longest that it have ever been, but it is also the most extensive that is have been also. It puts the location in in-line with what the other Food Lion locations already had, but the remodel is also for a current-day and future consideration. It is proof of the 2026-2028 era shift that I have been speaking of on Reddit. Oh, and the photos I did today, I am sorry if anybody was nearly caught while I was "struggling" to make process in taking the photos. -Brian Shear Jr. on September 1, 2026

Half the employees don’t bother to help unless they know you. Came up to a register that had their light on and the customer in front of me (who was done with their transaction) was sitting there talking with the cashier one over. Looked at me as I was putting my groceries on the conveyor and said “you’re gonna wanna go to a different register this will take a while” and continued talking with a cashier. The employee whose lane I was in wouldn’t even look at me. And the cashier next to that lane had her boyfriend or husband that obviously didn’t work there hanging all over her. Absolutely ridiculous. A different employee finally took me at a different register. I shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience when I’m just trying to get my groceries and go home after a 10 hour shift.
