  I wanted a brown butter cookie chip and the lady told me they didnt have that drink anymore. I'm pretty flexible so I asked if they had something SWEET and similar. She said yes and told me about a vanilla, salted caramel drink that had crushed cookie on the top. I asked for extra chocolate chips IN my drink and she said yes. So to me I am getting something sweet. This is a vanilla latte. Its not sweet at all the "crushed up cookie" cookie pieces so now I have cookie specs floating in my drink which is big for me because I dont like that texture in my drink. We went for the first time on May 5th and the guy serving us was much better. He suggested 3 different drinks and what was in them. All of them being sweet. I got a golden eagle which was sweet like I asked for. The first guy took the time to explain and made sure he scanned our app so we got our rewards. I was beyond satisfied with the first experience. This experienced felt rushed no one scanned my app for the rewards and I ended up with a cookie snow globe drink with no actual chocolate chips but cookie pieces in my drink.. which I could of just got at Starbucks. Good grief 😔

  Wasn’t what I expected for my first visit. For a busy place it is in a horrible location, confusing to try to get to. It’s drive through only but have a walk up window. Very long line but didn’t have to wait as long in line as I thought we would. I just got a milkshake which was okay, my friend got a coffee she said wasn’t good. I’ll find myself to go back in the future and maybe my review will change, but for now it wasn’t the best first experience for all the hype around it.

  I came here out of curiosity and regretted it. First, they ALWAYS seal off the main entrance at make you go through the thruway of the neighboring building just to maintain customer flow and even then, the coordination is sketchy; someone came close to hitting my car TWICE. Second, the staff, though well-meaning, have shown an aura of incompetence towards customers and lack of communication with each other. No coffee or fruity drink, no matter how delicious, is worth 30-60 minutes of waiting, lack of menus, and potential damage to your vehicle. It was so bad, I didn’t bother with an order, I just left and went straight for The Juice Shop across the street. Bottom Line: Don’t even bother with this place, the cramped spacing should be the first thing telling you, “We just aren’t worth it.”

  I have been to this place almost every single day since they open. I missed twice now. The staff is super friendly and outgoing. They all are working very hard to please the customer and get them their orders fast as possible, and are doing a very good job at it. There is a reason every time I go there is a long line. I most definitely recommend this shop over Starbucks any day. That’s coming from someone who has been going to Starbucks since I was 13 years old and I am now 30 years old. They know me by name and I love that. I look forward to hitting this place up for my daily fix! Thank y’all for everything.

  I wanted to give Dutch Bros a solid chance after Clutch closed and I’ve tried them about 5 times so far now. I wanted to love them like I’ve heard everyone else does!! Unfortunately, each time has been underwhelming. The first was not off to a good start with an iced caramelizer that I feel the missed the flavor part and my mothers drink barely had any flavor too. The next few times were alright at best. Coffee was a little bland, and somehow the lattes had a strange thickness to them. The service was fantastic — 10/10 — but the drinks were lackluster. While I appreciate the speedy service and friendly faces, I might not be coming back as often as I wanted 💔💔
