    Ordered ahead. Still had to wait 25 minutes to get my drinks once I got there. Just go through the line.

    Slowest Dutch Bros I have been to. 4:15 on a Sat afternoon. Crew needs more help and training. So slow creating traffic issues. Should not take 23mins to get a simple drink. Line only had about a dozen cars.

    Terrible service. I understand that there are lines. But when you decide to order at the window and watch 25 cars go around that came in after you and get their order something is wrong with the process. We tried to order and couldn’t pay at the window had to wait for the person taking orders for cars to come and take our payment. Someone that owns this franchise needs to get it together. I have been all over the west coast at Dutch bros and never seen anything like this. Do yourself a favor and pass on this location not worth it.

    Today was the first time I’ve been to a DutchBros ever! Every time I went past this particular one, there line was always SUPER long, but today only one car was in the line and I was like OH YEA! The girl who took my order was sooo helpful and friendly. I asked her what do she recommend and she got me right ! I wish I had got her name bc I loved my drink! I even tipped her and I never tip going through drive thru lol. Can’t wait to try more things there !

    I went through the drive-thru at Dutch Bros, and the employee taking my order had trouble with the card machine. Because it wasn’t working, she used the walk-up tablet to take my order and process my payment. Everything seemed to go through without any issues, and we waited for our drinks. Then, out of nowhere, another employee came to the drive-thru window and acted as if I hadn’t paid. The employee who had originally taken my order was telling her that I had, but instead of checking with her or verifying it in the system, she asked me to pull up my bank account and prove that the payment had gone through. After I showed her the transaction, she simply said, “Okay,” and handed us our order. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I completely understand that technical issues happen, but asking a customer to prove they’ve paid especially when your own employee is confirming the payment was embarrassing and unprofessional. A simple “I’m sorry for the confusion” would have gone a long way.
