    The minimal space for cars to queue in the drive thru is not ideal, nor is the order by tablet. The employees were pleasant however, the ones who took our order outside weren’t easily identified as employees. Our coffee was great, however if we lived in the area, I likely wouldn’t return solely based on the drive thru situation.

    I loved it at first, but it has definitely declined the last 2 times I’ve been there. I waited 40 minutes for my drinks, one sat on the counter so long the ice was almost gone. I watched the kid take multiple orders after mine and they got their drinks before mine. Then as mine sat on the counter, all ready to go, he left them sit there to take another order! I had to ask for a carrier for the 4 drinks I ordered, had to ask for straws. Just a disaster of experience. The music was pretty loud and inappropriate for little ears. Just a very bad experience.

    Vast selection of coffee, refreshers, and Black tea varieties to choose from. Ordering is simple, efficient and organized, either through the outside speaker or directly from an associate holding a tablet outside on busier occasions. Pricing is actually very competitive for a premium coffee company, and the baristas are extremely friendly, one even took the time to bond with my wife over our little dog!!

    If I could leave no star i would I’m honestly extremely disappointed with the customer service I received during my visit. The employee who served me was a white woman with blonde hair, braids, and freckles, and her attitude was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the interaction I had with her. I made my order clear multiple times, yet she still gave me the wrong order. At that point, I would have expected a simple apology and an attempt to correct the mistake. Instead, I was left feeling like I was an inconvenience for expecting to receive what I actually ordered. Mistakes happen, but being treated disrespectfully while trying to correct an employee’s mistake is not acceptable. I attempted to call the location to speak directly with management, but unfortunately the phones are down until Monday. I will therefore be contacting corporate regarding this experience. I’m not leaving this review over a simple incorrect drink I’m leaving it because of the attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer service that came with it.I sincerely hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately. Customers should not have to repeatedly explain their order and then be treated poorly when the employee gets it wrong.
