    Service is terrible — the line hasn’t moved at all. Why is there such a delay with ordering drinks? It’s not like yall are making anything else. Like the previous comment said below, when yall first opened the service was decent but now it’s absolutely terrible.

    Service is terrible, in no way should it take 45 minutes to get from the menu to the window. Y’all did great when you opened and your effort has dropped off. Get it together. We miss clutch.

    I go here ALL the time. Today, my sisters, my mom and I went to get our coffee fix. We got home and what my sister thought was chocolate, was a bug in her coffee. Needless to say, I will not be going to this location for a while. Yall check y’all’s drinks before you drink them, especially if you get cold foam.

    I come to this location every other day and I have nothing but nice things to say. Matthew and Macy are great! They always have time to go over the menu with me if I have any questions, give great recommendations on drinks and always have a great attitude. Very patient when it comes to customization on my orders whether it’s half milk in my coffee to make it stronger or wanting to try different flavors in my lemonade. I will say there have been times where the line is out to the road but it is definitely worth the wait!

    For the past month we have noticed a decline in quality of service, drinks and atmosphere. This past month alone we have ordered multiple drinks not being filled up to the normal expectation or tasting different than normal and missing toppings that are advertised to come on the drink like sweet top, strawberry fruit and sprinkles. Today we had an experience where we ordered a drink that was advertised on the app that it comes with toppings but when we received the drink it had neither and when we asked if they could add it to the drink they did but they still forgot one of the toppings. This is disappointing considering that when this location first opened up the service and drinks were great. This location needs to bring back the trainers and quality drinks. We shouldn’t have to pay seven dollars for a drink that’s not even right half the time.
