The females in there always have an attitude and they always get my order wrong. Coffee quality has been down and today there was a lady in the way trying to pull out machines as they were trying to prepare food and drinks. I will not be coming back to this location. I’ll go to Starbucks before I come back there. I do not recommend

I sat down and waited patiently because there were only 2 young ladies and they were busy. Another couple came in and ordered and one of the young ladies immediately began filling their order of donuts. Meanwhile I am still sitting waiting for a single donut. Once she was finished filling their order, I stood up and explained I had been sitting for a while (prob 15 minutes) for one donut and asked if I could quickly get my donut. To my surprise she snatched up a bag, threw the donut in there and said “you should have said something!” I said “I did say something” and also told her that she had no right to be upset with me after I had sat there waiting for them! Needless to say I will not be back here, and I will be contacting corporate as well. Although the wait seemed excessive, for her to snap at me for asking for my order was the final straw for me.
