- JGJoselyn Garcia6 days ago1.0If I could give it less of a rating I would . I don’t usually go to this location but unfortunately the one on silas was temporarily closed. I placed a mobile order for pick up and as soon as I pulled up I noticed 2 of DD employees. A male and female. The female went inside as I pulled up and the male just started at me pissed off that I pulled up. But that wasn’t the issue, although if you’re going to be upset that you’re having customers that you clearly are not going to attend to then there’s no need for the pissed off look. The issue was with my drink. I always get my drink with less ice and when I grabbed my drink I noticed it was less coffee , more whip and the usual amount of ice . So not only was my request not done but I paid for what seemed like a medium sized. When I questioned the female worker about it she said it was made like that because I asked for less ice. I never had this done at the other dunkin. This will be the last time I go to this one . First time being here and we were met with a look of anger for providing that location service and a bullshit excuse that my drink was not filled up.

I have absolutely no earthly idea how this Dunkin has the absolute worst coffee but if you go 5 min up the street to Peters Creek is like chiefs kiss. I have given this Dunkin so many chances and after today, NEVER AGAIN. Received my ice coffee at the window with 4 (YES FOUR) ice cube in a medium cup. I stirred my coffee with my straw and my first sip was full of syrup and watered down coffee. Visit Peter’s Creek instead, their coffee is ALWAYS fresh and their customer service is by far 10 stars. Them girls (and gents) are on it there!

To start off I was having an awful day, my phone was broken, my car broke down and my foot was injured and I came to dunkin for help because they were near by. There was a wonderful employee named Jayla I believe and she was so kind and helpful. She helped me find a local urgent care to check out my foot and jumped my car for me. What an outstanding person and deserves recognition! I definitely will be coming back :)
