If I order A customized box of donuts online for a mobile order instead of them giving me what I picked out They choose the donuts for me, then get an attitude when I want the issue corrected. Will not give my service to this Dunkin ever again

I dropped my box of Munchkins and spilled them all in the drive-thru and they made me a whole new box without me even asking. They were soo sweet! Their politeness while taking my order was so refreshing! Truley one of the best drive-thru experiences I've had this year! They have a regular customer right here! Just shows how kindness is the key to customer service. Thank you Dunkin Donuts ladies!
