When it was brought to their attention they said they could charge me for another coffee, not offering to replace the drink and pay the correct charge. We did not have time, so left unsatisfied - I felt the staff didn't handle the experience correctly.

She was super sweet and treated us with respect the whole time…she had amazing hospitality and great customer service and I wished everyone was like CONNIE!!
