- TTTJun 17, 20261.0I normally go here and try to get a waffle cone with ice cream. A lot of times they don't have the waffle cone. Last time I went, they offered me a waffle cone with chocolate covering or something like that, but they did not tell me it would cost extra. So I was not happy with that. I feel like that if they don't have something that they should substitute it and not do an upcharge. I know that is what I would do if I ran a restaurant. The team leader of this dunkin' donuts was rude to me. I got fed up with them, not having the waffle cone eight times out of ten so I'm not going back there. There are better places that serve ice cream such as Sam's ice cream in Clemmons.

They were completely out of 5 or 6 types of donuts and there wasn't enough variety for the 2 dozen we intended to get, so we got 1 dozen and the largest variety of donut holes. They were awful. Dry, stale, old. One of the nurses almost broke a tooth on a powdered donut hole. Would NOT recommend this location.
