If people actually took the time to listen the customer then things could run smoother. The customer service is fine but I don’t know who’s worse the shorter lady or the Hispanic one when it comes mixology gosh! I’m not the smartest man but the shorter lady fills the cup up with milk and then puts everything on top and doesn’t even mix well and she said she’s the general manager so I know she trained this poor Hispanic girl because the drink couldn’t have been quality. God bless her heart she’s so sweet though I didn’t even wanna bring it back to her but this is the second person at this location to give me a mouth full of coffee grounds !

I pretty much only come here in the morning when the tall guy is working (I forget his name) but my drinks are always on point. Came in today and he was by himself making drinks, taking orders while actively finishing another persons order, handling online orders and brewing fresh coffee all while laughing and having conversations with customers like it was nothing. I’ll admit, I misjudged him at first just based on his appearance long dreads, covered in tattoo even has a gun tattoo on his arm He didn’t look like the type of guy I expected to be running around a Dunkin knowing exactly what he was doing 😂. After one genuine conversation though found out he’s been working in this type of environment basically his whole working life. I came the day before when the shorter lady was there and less than an hour later the store was closed. I asked the Walmart employee if they were closed for the day and they said they get complaints about her not being there or drinks being made wrong, and everyone actually waits until he’s working to get their drinks. She’s nice, but I’ve had the same experience with my drinks and she seems annoyed when you ask for a remake. They seem to value him there. Overall Great customer service, consistent drinks, and he makes running that place look easy. Doughnuts will be there soon hopefully!

I stopped in for my iced Matcha Latte and a small hot (cawfee). I wish we had a Dunkin Donuts in Boone! The gentleman behind the counter made my drink just right. Thank you 9/11/26

Shoutout to that pretty lady Sasha and that young man marquise they always make my drink perfect. They are extremely nice and make the atmosphere great. 10/10 every time. Y’all keep doing what you’re doing because I don’t know what I’d do without my Dunkin’!
