  Disgusting! This is how my meal came! We got the Build Your Own option and everything was old, brown, and gross. White rice had black beans in it. Guacamole was brown. Queso lumpy, cold and old. Lettuce brown and we did not get enough chicken to serve to 4-6 ppl! Will never go back!

  Food was ok service was terrible staff was unfriendly and dining room was nasty. Restaurant was not busy at all and staff refused to clean tables. Tried to sit outside on patio but it was worse than the inside. Recommend going to a different Chipotle not this one!!!!!

  After waiting in line for 9 minutes the employee starts my burrito. Then when my burrito was half built I was told there aren’t any vegetables. Then she just stares at me as if I have no choice but to accept it. I would have to pay full price and get less, which has become the standard now. Well instead I just walked out! I went a couple miles up the road to El Maguey and I had an epiphany! For so long fast food was the cheap option that I never realized when that changed. I would have paid about $16 for an ever shrinking chipotle burrito, skimpy bag of chips with a tiny salsa cup, and a drink. When I went to the sit down Mexican restaurant, my whole meal was $9.99. Tip and tax less than $13. So for $3 less, I had great service, I didn’t deal with teenager attitude, I had unlimited chips and soda brought to me, I had a private booth, and I had my meal within 5 minutes of sitting down! So the fast food is now slower and more expensive! Done with Chipotle. Visit your local Mexican restaurant for a better experience, better service and a better price!

  Holy cow, where do I start. Sideways hat is joking around when there's a ton of people waiting on every meat, rice, fajita vegetables and whatever else. I was there for literally 30 minutes. They weren't even busy and somehow can't figure out how to put some meat on the line. I don't know man. There's no forks, the soda was terrible, it was just a terrible experience with a bunch of employees who dont care. It's just sad.

  The lady with curly hair Melissa I haven't seen in awhile, she was super sweet and had the dinning room really clean.I follow her on tik tok and she is sooo nice and she writes and makes great music! I hope she comes back, best customer service I have ever experienced at this location. maybe she can write you guys a chipotle jingle yes she is that good!
